The Successful Job Interview.


Types of Interview          :
1.       Direct Interview. 
Direct Interview is usually used some questions list in order to know what the position is.
2.       Indirect Interview. Indirect interview is an unstructured interview. So you must answer the questions with the details.
3.       Behavioral Interview. Behavioral Interview is one of the types of interview to know what you do and do not want to know what you think. So you must give the detail, concrete, give conclusion, and to be continued.
4.       The Audition Interview. The Audition Interview is an interview that mentioned someone to do something that may be out of topic. If you are in this situation, you must know how to solve this, tell the truth of give the Situation, Task, Action, Result (S.T.A.R).
5.       Group Interview.
6.       Panel Interview. Panel Interview is an interview that more than one applicant for one session.
7.       Tag Team Interview. Tag Team Interview is an interview which happened more than one interviewer. Sometimes it has been being planned before.
8.       The Meal Time Interviewer. The Meal Time Interviewer is an interview that be held at cafeteria or restaurant. This type is usually used to know the table manner of the applicant.

2.       Why do you want this job?
3.       What are you doing to achieve your goals?
4.       How would you describe yourself?
5.       Why did you choose this career?
6.       Why should I hire you?
7.       What are your strength and weakness? (just answer 3 strength and 1 weakness)

Question you may want to ask
1.       What would my responsibilities and duties be?
2.       How would my performance be evaluated?
3.       How would I be supervised?
4.       What opportunities for advancement exist?
5.       Is there a training program?
6.       Who would I am working with?
7.       How much travel is required?
Concerning Salary
1.       Research the average salary
2.       Know what you want
3.       Be realistic
4.       Don’t undersell yourself
When interview has finished
1.       Ask when you can expect a decision and if you should call
2.       Express thank for their time (e.g : “Thank you for this nice opportunity given to me. I’ll wait the good news from you.”)
3.       Follow up the interview with a thank you note / letter
4.       ANALYZE your performance in the interview
Nervousness is normal. Just take a deep breath and try to RELAX.
